Emily (she/her) joined Nielsen Koch & Grannis in 2024. Before joining NKG, Emily clerked for the Honorable Bradley A. Maxa at the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division II. Emily graduated from Bard College with a joint Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Rights and Written Arts and earned her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law. As a law student, Emily interned at the Alaska Public Defender Agency and various nonprofit legal aid organizations. Emily also served in the legislative section of UW’s Race and Justice Clinic.
